Concerns have been raised about potential conflicts of interest if former President Donald Trump were to return to the White House. In the past, the Trump Organization has faced criticism regarding foreign business projects and concerns about the Foreign Emoluments Clause. The organization is owned by a private trust with Donald Trump as the sole beneficiary, and it is currently managed by his sons Donald Jr. and Eric Trump.
